We are a traditional Chinese martial arts school based in Wellington, New Zealand. The school was established in 2003 with the grateful assistance of the Chin Woo Athletic Association of New Zealand.

The school's emphasis is on teaching the southern Chinese martial arts of Hung Gar (洪家) and Hap Gar (俠家). All that is needed is an inquisitive mind and high level of self motivation. The minimum age is 18 years old and previous martial arts experience is beneficial but not essential.

Public classes are held on Saturdays 12:00 - 2:00pm at Level 1, 45 Courtenay Place, Wellington.
