WYSIWYG editor fixed

A longstanding layout bug has just been squashed in our rich text editor. firefox works! internet exploder still broken, so just use firefox.

in the process, we've fixed the collapsiblock firefox big as well. you can now expand and collapse those pesky blocks at will. enjoy!
