The full-time Little Nine Heaven Kung Fu School in Manchester, North West England instructs students in complete, traditional styles of Kung Fu from direct lineage's tracing back to some of the greatest masters who have ever lived. The school teaches these arts as they have been taught for centuries - as effective methods of self defence which also greatly enhance fitness, health and quality of life.
