Shot this video last night, and thought I'd share it with you all.

It's more apps from Yang style Tai Chi, focussing on throws and takedowns done in a push hands format.

For most apps I've included a 'classical' application, plus a variation. Here we've got Diagonal Flying, Single Whip, Fan through Back and Needle at Sea Bottom. Enjoy!

Diagonal Flying (or 'Flying Obliquely' as it is also known) is one of the most dramatic and visually impressive Tai Chi applications in the form, yet it is also one of the most poorly understood and poorly demonstrated apps you'll ever see.
